NEW W/ TAGS asymmetrical hem olive green skirt

Size XS from Express. Beautiful olive green skirt with an asymmetrical hem, side tie and ruching detail. A great multi-season piece that can be paired with a crop top and sandals for spring/summer or sweater and boots for fall/winter. I originally ordered two different sizes online and this one was too small for me but I missed the return window so you all get to reap the benefits! This skirt has never been worn, with the tags still on and has been in the plastic bag it came in.
