npeng_ @leslieconnors hello! I am 5’4” and weight 140. It was too small for me because I have big legs but smaller upper body. If you know for sure that your daughter is a size 16 the suit will fit well. I was in- between sizes and this was one of the first Speedo tech suits I got so I was still trying to figure out what my size was. I hope this helps! npeng_ @leslieconnors my experience with Speedo is that the suit is pretty stretchy but once you get in the water it all compresses tightly to the skin to fit well

npeng_ @savfaiith hello! For size 16 in this suit: Bust: 29-30 Waist: 23-23 Torso: 50-51 The suit is more flexible though to a larger size because the fabric is thin but durable.
