From underarm to bottom hem: 34.5inches
Circumference at underarm: 32inches
Circumference at hips, where ruching ends: 35inches
These measurements were all taken without any stretch on the dress.

@jollyjointbuys the ruching isn’t all the way down to like the low hips, it should definitely cover the belly button area!
