NEW WITH TAGS Navy Blue Lace Dress

Gorgeous navy blue dress. Bottom half is lace. Very detailed beading on the shoulders. The back is cut out. I am typically a size 2-4 and this dress is a 9!!! It runs small. The tags are still on it. I got it for a wedding and never wore it.
