Brand new without tags. This is labeled as an EU size 10, but it fits like a US size 6 or size 8. the waist laid flat is approximately 15", the hips flat are approximately 19", and the armpit to armpit measurement flat is approximately 19" across. The stock photo is very similar, but not exact. I absolutely love this dress, but it did not fit me. This zips up and has a tailored fit. This has never been altered.
