NEW White Plus Sz 1X Casual or Dress Soft Stretchy Cotton Maxi Skirt

This skirt is size 1X and made by Diane's essentials by Diane Gilman. It is new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. It has elastic at the back of the waist and a band in front. The waist measures 18" across unstretched, the hips measure 25 1/2" across and it is 37 1/2" in length with 11 1/2" vent slits on the sides. It is made with 100% soft cotton and machine washable. Very comfy skirt.
