palmsprees @housh1958 Hiya! Measurements are pit to pit- 16" laying flat Length-26" Since this is new, I can't speak on if it will shrink, but with it being 95% Polyester and 5% spandex, I don't think it should. Please let me know if you have any other questions! Have a great Day!
