NEW YORK AND CO little black dress. Cap sleeves with ruffles and slight high color with v neck. 6 in. slit on left side of skirt, very nice for office or special occasion! Worn once, too long for me! Measures approximately 30 inches from armpit to end of dress. Made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
