NEW blue and white striped dress with knot tie

This dress is brand new and super cute! It has a really pretty knot design with nice blue and white stripes. The material is light and breathable and moves easily. I loved this dress it just doesn’t fit me well enough. It’s a large but I would say it fits more like a medium; however, it’s pretty stretchy.
