NEW fashion "neoprene" zipper-front stretch

Neon green accents on a vibrant floral pattern. Thin, stretchy "fashion neoprene" (NOT wetsuit material, a thinner stretchy fabric). Can be worn alone or as a jacket. Perfect to put on over a swimsuit. High stretch. This item was purchased as part of a manufacturer's sample sale and came without sizing labels. It is high stretch and can easily accommodate a size large, but I feel it would be best suited to a medium. Will add measurements soon or leave a comment and I will get back to you ASAP
