NEW flouncy lace dress

Vivid Blue dress w/flared skirt, zip back, elbow length sleeves that flare just before the elbow. Body is fully lined. This is a very forgiving, comfortable dress, stretchy and comfy. Very cute belted or not. Belt not included. Petite XL but would fit taller gals as well (would just hit above the knee). I wear a 12 and it's loose and flowy on me. Bought for an occasion that cancelled so never worn. 20" waist to hem. 20" waist (front, from R to L), 40" total waist circumference.
