Never worn, without tags, no flaws. Very stretchy faux wrap dress in burgundy heather. Lightweight, flattering, cute bell sleeve detail and tulip hem. Tie waist can be slightly adjusted, but only up to about 2 inches. Approximate measurements are 31” length 19” pit to pit with no stretch (it is a wrap and stretchy, please keep in mind) 27-29” waist (depending on how much you cinch the ties) 16-19” waist to hem (tulip hem is shortest in middle, see pics)
