NEW navy blue satin bodycon mini dress royal blue balloon sleeve

Perfect for a wedding or cocktail event. The dress smells like perfume. I have not worn it or washed it. It was purchased new and came in a bag but without a tag. I’m sure the perfume smell will come out in the wash.
