new without tags long textured knit top, very thin, short sleeves by Motivi, made in Italy interesting chromatic blue color, looks almost gray marked size Large but runs like a Small to Medium, equivalent to numerical clothing size range 4-6 waist measures 11.5" laying flat armpit to armpit is approx. 12" hard to measure due to design/cut of sleeves
