This is a BRAND NEW Diane Gilman Black denim skirt with silver embroidery and white & champagne sequins. It is thicker stretch denim -- perfect for fall or winter and is fairly wrinkle resistant -- with an A-line flare. The pattern is in a paisley style with accented loops and swirls.
