The interior is lined with black nylon fabric and has a padded divider with Velcro strap and three open pockets on the sides. the bag is wide/roomy enough for folders, files, notebooks, along with a laptop/computer. The front has a full-length zip-open pocket for things you need easy access to. The back has a luggage strap so you can slip it over an extended handle.
