It has ruffles from the collar down the bodice and stops just below the wide waistband.which all gives you a tailored look without bunching of elastic, so it has a very slimming affect. The belt is the same width as the waistband. It has 3/4 button cuffed sleeves and the pants are long enough for your highest heels. The spare buttons are still in a bag attached to the tag.
