NIB Anthropologie Due Farina Suede Ruffle Boots

New, never worn gray suede ruffle boots from Anthropologie. Heel is 2 3/4 inches. Shaft at back is 12 3/4, and in front is approximately 16 1/2 with the extra material at the top front. Note in the pictures that there are a couple dark spots and a small tear along the sewing line that could easily be fixed up, all occuring during storage. Open to offers.
