eronelle I bought this mask from another seller on P.M. recently. It says rechargeable on the box and it says wireless on the instruction sheet. When I plugged it in it lit up and stayed lit the entire time it was plugged in. I had it plugged in for over an hour but it did not charge up. It did not turn on/off by pressing the button for 3 seconds as it said in the instruction sheet. Have you actually tested this one and charged it up and used it without it being plugged in please? eronelle I suspect that the other one was a fake unbeknownst to the seller who said she never used it. (It was open box.) Do you know for sure that this one is actually the real thing? I would think that that company would be a legitimate one. Thank you.

eronelle Thanks. I read something else that's making me hesitant to purchase the mask though which was about a thyroid condition being a contraindication for using the mask so I probably shouldn't use it anyway. I already packed it up to return so I don't want to open up the box and read the exact wording but I do recall that it mentioned thyroid conditions. The mask might not go low enough to be over the thyroid at the base of the neck though which is probably when it could be a problem(?)

cod7046 @eronelle hi there sorry for the late reply my husband has been in the hospital; I’m not clear what u r asking but bottom line I am not an expert. I bought this new in the box and it was never taken out of the box except for photographs. Not sure if that helps. Good luck
