Brand new never removed from box. Kewpie is wearing green rain boots, green froggie rain hat, green rain jacket. White bloomers. Green, white, blue and red striped dress with blue bows. Lime colored petticoat peaking out the bottom of the dress. Kewpies have a sense of innocent mischief about them! With every Kewpie encounter, their big eyes and ear to ear grin become infectious.
