New in box cerulean blue handscreened glass 4"x6" picture frame with a wavy rectangular outer shape, clear dots, and silver accents on outer and inner edges by Potter & Smith, distributed by The Calder Corporation. Frame itself measures 9" by approximately 6.5". There is a slight scratch on inner silver accent, as pictured. Box has a few dings from storage and has been opened to take accurate photos.
