I'm so so sorry I'm just now replying to your message (the screen in my phone busted and just now able to get it fixed..so I've been unable to view any comments until now). But no, they don't swoosh haha! These bottoms aren't the normal windbreaker type material that makes that noise. They are soft quiet sound with a net type of liner to the inside. chrysannes @jessica2708 hey! They have pockets on each side (regular: thigh area type pockets of pants) but no zipper at the bottoms. They are relax-type fit...they lay over your shoes at bottom naturally (hope that makes sense haha). Let me know if I can help you with any more questions you may have about the pants. They really are a great pair of bottoms...very comfy
