Super cool 100% nylon light blue full-zip jacket from Nike. I believe (from the tag) this is from the late 90s/early 2000s. Drawstring hood with toggle adjustments. Adjustable toggle waistband. Two cargo pockets on the front with velcro closure and one inner slip pocket. The inside is lined in a soft gray fabric.
