tgiosa @kwelch1017 if you look in the last picture you can see the band. It's not like an elastic band or anything though. You can either wear it hanging down or scrunched up like I have it in the pics where I am wearing the shirt. I have seen people where it as a dress before too, I personally didn't like it like that on me
