The small from under armpit to armpit laying flat, straight across is 18" The waist , laying flat is 17", top of shoulder to hem is 37 1/4. The Med is under armpit, straight across 19" 1/4, waist 18" shoulder to hem 37 1/2, the med has hot pink, purple and yellow in the lace yoke, sleeve part. ( I have that pictured in my closet). I will add it here too. The large, under armpit to armpit is 20 1/4", waist 19" and shoulder to hem 38 1/4
