toryshop @rebeccalynne5 Yes/the dress w chain comes in a package it is brand new never taken out of package/but if you purchase/just know I always open check the dress then put back in/I do this just to be sure things are good! If I can help you shoot me a message. Please know that I have a very sick puppy and so I have been more off the site then on because of taking my boy to the Vet/he goes again tomorrow morning!!
