0ld0ldstuff There are arm slits on either side - the top drapes over the shoulder. A seam is sewn on each side several inches from the edge of each side to create a draped look. See actual chest-waist measurements in the picture section. The total garment is really just two rectangles s sewn together - 38 inches across the top, 33 inches long, with side seams set within those measurements. Versatile garment can be worn as a beach coverup or casual top for beach, festival, hippie love fest, etc
