Approx 18” across chest, 19” across bottom above split, 24” long. Thick, luxurious black fabric that sounds like taffeta. Pullover, v neck, interesting notched hemline with two pink lines on left side. Short sleeves with huge ruffles, darts in front, yoke in back with wide pleat below.
