Fabric is 100% Rayon. Soft & flowing, lovely drape. Little cap sleeves. Elasticized neckline so you can wear it off-shoulder, or not. Underarm chest measurement is 22”, but there is a lot of gathered fabric that is flowing down the front, so I believe a more realistic Underarm Chest Measurement would take that into account. So a nice drape makes it approx. 19/20”. Length from center back is approx. 21” but, again, take into account that wearing it off-shoulder would change that. NWOT.
