N.O.E. Buttoned Pencil Skirt (Blue Floral)

Macy’s N.O.E. buttoned pencil skirt in black with a light blue floral pattern and abalone shell buttons. Skirt has seven buttons that stop several inches above the bottom hem for easier movement and flow. Hook-and-eye closure at the top. Thin flowy material made of 100% polyester. Size is L, measures appr. 15”waist 20”hips 29.5”length. Preowned almost like new condition, no flaws or noticeable wear but tags were cut out.
