NOELLE size 8/10 champagne satin crepe 3/4-sleeve tunic top polyester/nylon

THIS LOVELY CHAMPAGNE-COLORED 3/4-SLEEVE TUNIC TOP BY NOELLE ENTERPRISES, SIZE 8/10, is pre-owned, an estate-sale purchase, but apparently unworn, with an original tag and plastic packet with a spare button attached (pictures #12 & 13), in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. I've listed it as a tunic top, but it's long enough to be worn as a short dress unless you're tall like my 5'11" mannequin, Roxy; it's above mid-thigh on her. I was going to call the color brownish gold or bronze, but the tag has "chap," which I take to mean champagne, handwritten (picture #12), so I'm deferring to that. The fabric is crinkled like crepe, with a lustrous satin sheen and deep pleating in front and back. It has a collar but no lapels, a 7-button closure in front, a decorative (non-functional) button at the sleeve ends, a decorative strap with 2 buttons in back, and a 13" vent bottom rear center. The fabric is polyester and nylon in a 55%/45% blend, machine wash cold and tumble dry low recommended. The stated size is 8/10, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a top or blouse that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 18.75"; waist 16.75"; hemline 24"; shoulder 16"; sleeve 18.25"; length (in back, collar seam to hem) 28.75". If you like the top but not the price, don’t despair, I’m willing to negotiate. Make me an offer.
