This is a gorgeous midi length skirt by Nolita (north little Italy). It has a hem that is somewhere between a raw edge and fringe. It has patches down the length of it that give it a bit more body as the remainder of the skirt is semi sheer (see pictures). Back zip with button closure. A line construction. This is both witchy and Whimsigoth. Is very feminine and different. Made of cotton and odd machine washable. Excellent condition with no known flaws.
