NWOT, this miniature Nordstrom shopping bag lapel pin is attached to an ivory velvet drawstring bag and would make a charming gift. The bag is about 1-1/2” square and the pin is about 1/2” x 5/8”. It is in excellent condition and is all highly-polished-gold plated (although some of my pictures show it as being almost black in places).
