The solid brass ring buckle attaches with velcro loops on either side, giving mod / gogo vibes. Sleek and drop-dead sexy. Estimated size medium (marked a "3" whatever that means). Laying flat the jacket measures 18.5" pit-to-pit, 16" at the most narrow, 20" at the bottom. Arms are 7" flat at the bicep (14" opening).
