NOS Carol Anderson || Vintage 80s Full Length Button Up Dress

A rare find! New old stock Carol Anderson full-length vintage dress with epic shoulder pad and neckline action. The silhouette was AMAZING when I tried it on. Note: The sizing is different from modern sizing. It says it’s a 13/14 but I found it for me pretty well and I wear a size small on top and large on the bottom (these hips don’t lie ;). So I’m listing it as in between. Note: there’s a small stain on the back of the collar. I’m pretty good with stains and think it will come out.
