NOS Flint River Outdoor Wear Vintage Pheasant Camouflage Hunting Truckers Cap

Excellent vintage. New old stock just hangin' round my studio. One size, snapback truckers hat with a pheasant pattern camo print in a brushed cotton Twill. Sewn on patch is screen printed ultra suede. Made in the mid 1990's and given to me from Flint River themselves. I painted the repeat for them during this 'pheasant' project of theirs. It was 1993 when I received the job order along with a piece of a real pheasant's wing. I was pregnant with my daughter. That's how I remember the year so well. I copied the wing pattern, put the pattern into a large repeat and matched the colors to the wing specimen. Hand painted by hand with gauche. I was a textile designer for 23 years before online retailing. Never worn. Enlarge all photos so you know exactly what you're getting. They're an integral part of my items' description.
