NOS House Dress From Hills Department Store Size 20.5‎ M-L? Pink Plaid SEE

Okay, this is a pretty cool piece! It’s definitely pre 1999 because that’s when Hills was sold. It does have a small spot shown in the photo. It’s approximately 42.5” from the collar to the hem in the back. The zipper functions, but it’s rough.
