This is a pair of new (old stock) Kenneth Cole Chelsea boots in black. Mens US size 8 1/2 (8.5). Made in Romania Leather uppers and lining with a rubber sole. They appear to have signs that they were display shoes. A bit dusty, but never worn. Generous fit in the toe box.
