ak969 It doesn't have an open web it's loading up like. Press f1 for boot menu or something ? Do u kno what I mean ? Cuz it didn't do that with me at all

laurakaye it just keeps going off, I tried to turn it on again and it wouldnt power on with the power button, the red charging light is still on though

laurakaye Hey dear, I actually took it to the computer clinic here in ky, and the OS program that's on the laptop was programed wrong, they said it would work for a period of time then freeze up like its doing now, it's gonna cost me 80$ to have it fixed, I have an appointment set up to get it fixed, i will provide you with the contract and balance that i spent to get it fixed, Thanks

ak969 The laptop was working perfectly fine Posh gives u 72 hrs. To make up your mind on the product and to return it. The funds were released to me on Monday. Because that was the 72 hrs. I sold it To u extremely cheap. Because I had no use for it and it was working. Perfectly
