cellyscellar @lnc1228 Bummer. I will contact Wanakome on Monday or Tuesday depending upon when they are open. With MLK on Monday, they may not be in the office. If you can be patient, let me see if there is something they can do. I’m unable to help you as I don’t have parts.

cellyscellar @lnc1228 I’ve sent Wanakome an email with the photos. I have not had this happen before so I’m not sure what can be done at this point. I did ask if there was a way to get the parts for the button so I can send them to you and you could fix it. Not sure that is reasonable, but it is worth a try.

lnc1228 @poshcelly yeah that would be ok with me I could still wear it. You can’t tell it’s broken when it’s zipped up all the way.

cellyscellar @lnc1228 What I can say for sure is my Hestia, which is a cowl neck and has the same snap, works nicely without the snap. I broke mine while trying to remove it and not paying attention to what I was doing. Then gain it’s not a hoodie. It also doesn’t excuse the problem.

lnc1228 @poshcelly if you look at the last photo the button is facing up you would have to twist it to button it.

cellyscellar @lnc1228 Believe it or not the design of the button is to flip it over to keep a tighter seal, so to speak, around the neck.
