Isn’t it crazy how hard it is to get a simple refund cleared up? I am amazed they make it so hard because it just takes time away from us shopping and buying other stuff. Seems like poor business to me. Hopefully they will get this solved today.

@toothdoc69 it’s disgusting! They have so many sellers & customers they probably just don’t care. For each seller or customer that truly becomes annoyed & bounces, probably 100 more sign up! 😅😅 but people like us have patience, knows mistakes happen & don’t take it out on each other. This is something that is not the fault of either of us.
