kmartin0128 Hi! Did you file a claim on these? I called USPS and they told me that they couldn't tell me anything more than what it tells us when we track the package online.

diadia_ @kmartin0128 yes but I didn't even get a call back or anything then I called them and they said my package could be just late cause of the holidays and I said but it's been almost a entire month I've been pulling teeth here I can make another claim

kmartin0128 You may want to file another one just in case because you can't file one after 60 days. Hopefully after the holidays they'll finish shipping. I guess we'll just have to see. I'm sorry that this has been such a nightmare. :)

kmartin0128 Have you heard anything back on the case claim? Did you receive the payment for these or do they not release the payment until the order is delivered?
