NOT FOR SALE Vintage Compagnie Internationale Express 90s blouse 100% silk

From a 1992 article in the New York Times, “Compagnie Internationale Express clothes, made especially for Express, are labeled in French, right down to the "fabrique aux Etats-Unis" -- "made in the United States.” That’s right, Express used to be super bougie. Complete with shoulder pads (the second photo is the blouse without them), this moss green silk blouse says “I was there when Julia Roberts started wearing suits on the red carpet.” In really good condition, small discoloration and pull in the last photo. The color is more like the second photo.
