Reposhing this item I purchased from @leonorperez1992. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. It is best off shoulder but can be worn on. It is a low square if you wear it on your shoulders. I really believe it is meant to wear off shoulders. Very fun dress up or down either way you will look very cute! Questions? sandetaylor There are no rips or flaws or color fading .It is brand new with tags. I never wore it. Tried on and decided to resale .
