@bewareofgwen Yes, I feel it can because it was too big for me, which is why is haven't worn it more than twice and decided to list it. I'm a 34A with a muscular back (I used to compete), and I wear XS in most sports. You can also choose to remove the pads to make more room if you wish. 💜
