cabanablue @posh803 Hi! Since all of my items in my closet are new and unworn & purchased from the brand I haven’t worn them to really know the fit. However, on the JCrew website there is one customer review that stars these run true to size and she said the “interlaced leather straps hold you feet in” as she liked they were more supportive than most sandal style straps.

posh803 @cabanablue Thanks for the prompt response. Actually your size 8 feet will do just fine, as it's not the length I'm concerned about! If you have average B width feet, is the vamp narrow on your feet, a bit wide, or just right? Unfortunately, as someone with AAA narrow feet this is my struggle every Spring/Summer, trying to find sandals that aren't gaping off my feet since few brands make narrow now :(

cabanablue @posh803 Okay, so I tried them on & slid my feet all the way forward to see how the fit is at the vamp. I always wear a regular size 8-B or 8-M depending on how they mark the shoe. The vamp holds well around my foot. Seems like a normal fit that’s not overly snug or tight, but not loose either. I’ve added photos for you to see how they looked. I hope this helps!

posh803 @cabanablue Thank you so much for the pics. I was hoping you'd say they were snug, then they'd be perfect for me! But I can work with them by adding inserts to keep my feet from sliding. Please also confirm the insole length to insure they're true to size before I submit the order.

cabanablue @posh803 the inner sole is 11” from toe to heel running the tape flat against the inner sole bed. See attached photo.

posh803 @cabanablue From my research online, J. Crew shoes run true to size. However, clearly it's based on the shoe. Unfortunately, this would be akin to a size 8 fitting like a size 7. They're not long enough for my feet.
