NWB Nine West Tallara Pump with upper made of black velvet fabric with silver leather trim. Size 7. Balance of materials, including gold insoles, are man-made. Brand new condition and never worn with all original packaging included. 3.75-inch heel at highest point, 2.75-inch heel at lowest point. Velvet is very slightly pushed in on the outside of the right shoe above heel (see second photo).
