NWD Flowy jeweled red dress

Length 56 inches Underbust 13.5 inches flat Bust 17 inches I bought this dress new with tags, but it has a few defects and seems almost altered (shown in final pictures). Either way, it’s fun to wear, you feel a little like a princess or the mistress of a household with the fluttery sleeves and deep v-neck. Has a satin under layer and a chiffon over layer. Labeled as a size large but would definitely not fit that size. Looking at a size chart for target clothing, it would definitely be a size small. You can squish in as a size medium so long as you have a small bust.
