New without box flawless i have searched for size tag with no luck - i am a true 10 in womens and these were a bit big fit more like a 10.5-11 in womans not sure if mens for womans sorry They measure 13 inches but with the toe maybe more like a 10.5 -11 in womans see my pics with measurements- if someone know where I can find size tag that would be awesome
