Brand new! No tags. I bought off of poshmark and it was a little too small. I only tried on the top because I didn’t need the bottoms. The bottoms are high waist and have a hygiene liner in them. The top has padding and adjustable straps. Beautiful colors and very pretty swimsuit! Happy to give any measurements! It does not have a name brand. I think the person I bought from on posh said it came from amazon.

carlockpc @jkoenig83 no I would say they are an accurate small. Definitely do not run big on either the top or bottom.
